Touchpoint Community Circle

Have you felt a craving for depth in community? Do you feel like life is good, you’re busy tackling projects at work, making art, music, exercising, caring for family, and then, of course yourself. Maybe you're exhausted by this business, and don’t have the energy left to pull your people together, let alone, meet new folks? Well, this circle is for you, Welcome.

Touchpoint is a place to slow down, show up, and remember your human-ness. It’s a place to honor the body you live in. Touchpoint is a container to evoke your creativity, your silliness, your courage. Here, we aim to harness our unique gifts of being.

This circle is focused on Active Listening, Compassion Cultivation, and Mindfulness, wish a splash of Ecstatic Dance. Depth, and Fun. Does this sound like you?

In 2002, Xan started a circle in Seattle for queer artist, writers, and musicians to come find support and community. This has changed and developed over the years to include performance salons, house concerts, and women’s full moon rituals, and men’s Noble Man retreats. This is the newest, most holistic incarnation. Twenty years in the making.

In In only twenty seconds of touch—just a long hug, the feel-good hormone oxytocin is released, which boosts our immune system, and reduces stress. Even without actual touch, sitting with someone, maintaining eye contact creates a calming, connected state of being that, after 30 to 60 seconds, triggers oxytocin.

The myth that we are separate is one we can debunk - TOGETHER.

Welcome to Touchpoint.
